Jasper is a stage director, as well as Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Caged Bird.


An alumnus of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, his sell-out production of Patrick Swain’s Neon won the Stagedoor Audience Favourite Award in 2018. He recently directed The Nuclear Plays, a double-bill of plays by Ewan Pollitt, and is leading the development of new plays Descent and Symbiont, his first collaborations with Swain since their debut production. He is also a photographer outside the rehearsal room.

Patrick is a playwright, as well as Co-Founder, Literary Manager, and Executive Director of Caged Bird.


Having advanced his work with the National Theatre’s Young Writers programme, he is now training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama through an MFA in Writing for Stage and Broadcast Media. He is currently developing his new play Descent with Caged Bird, as well as a one-woman show titled Symbiont. Also a director for both stage and screen, he has directed several music videos, and a production of Hamlet, for which he adapted a new version of the text. He is also passionate about simping and Big Chungus.

Jonathan is the Producer at Jonathan Taylor Productions, Programming Assistant at Bill Kenwright Ltd, and Associate Producer of Caged Bird. He is a proud alumnus of Stage One and the University of Exeter, and has been with Caged Bird since its inception in 2017. A revered Twitch streamer, the Wall Street Journal called him a "nonce" and "an icon for the Belle Delphine generation".
